Every piece of flooring we install is first delivered to our centralized distribution center in Carol Stream, Illinois, in order for us to inspect it and prepare it for installation. From there it is delivered to its final destination under our watchful eye.

In the United States we use our own fleet or trucks to move carpet coast to coast. Outside of the United States we work with the finest international shippers to points around the rest of the world. Once your flooring arrives at its final destination our expert installers take it from there, and you will end up with the fine floors you deserve.
